My Vegetable Cooking Workshop Yummy

Vegetable cooking tempts you but you do not really know where to start?

* The beautiful cookbooks are great, but once you go through the list of ingredients, you are all discouraged ... and stay on your hunger

* You want to surprise your vegetarian friends (or vegan or raw on request) invited to your table by a balanced and tasty meal?

I welcome you in the Dordogne @the two abbesses in green: in any small committee of 2 to 6 people, we spend an afternoon cooking and then we feast of our works while chatting!

We meet around a tea at 15:00, and I give you a lean approach to balance, you will leave with recommendations of very good books and a list for your basic grocery: let's go!

I would have done the seasonal delights market with producers of local and organic produce if possible, and we will spend three / four hours cooking together a soup, starter, main course and dessert. Easy to reproduce at home, promised!
I also provide you with a list for your basic grocery store.

On site you will find the following kitchen equipment: cutting robot, vitaminix mixer blender, electric mixer whisk, mandolin, cutting boards, knives, ... Easy to use machines and a fitted kitchen at home. I also provide an apron.

We will set the table together, and then we will table.
As an option, organic and sulphite-free wine can be offered with your meal.

I receive you in La Grande Maison, a generous Perigordian building, located in the center of a quiet area of 40 hectares which welcomes the horses of our breeding.

The large and bright kitchen is equipped with a beautiful Falcon stove and we will work on the large table Napoleon III blackened wood.
Dinner is taken in the elegant lounge furnished with antiques.

Remember to wear comfortable shoes and soft clothes.Bring a good mood and smiles, an open and caring spirit and a desire to share with ease. A small notebook for taking notes is always useful. And your phones to share photos of your works!

Obviously I was not born "vegetarian" ... a long journey, curiosity and beautiful meetings led me to think about my diet.

In fifteen years in my singular hotel, directly in the kitchen or in design of dishes, I had an inspired preference for "entrees" and "desserts" ... and a growing difficulty to treat meat and fish.

The birth of foals from our breeding triggered the idea of no longer consuming young animals ... and this limit has been extended to the renunciation of all that had hair or feather then scales!

Without renouncing taste, I took an intense pleasure in developing a vegetal approach in my kitchen.

My relatives, friends or hosts are interested, do not know where to start ...for them, I created this greedy experience in all simplicity as at home and without proselytism.
